This Favour Box Die Set includes the dies to make a basic box, matting and layering dies, nesting dies plus extra dies to embellish your box. To enable you to create the basic box, you will need two sheets of 12" x 12" cardstock, or one sheet of A3. You will need to cut the box die twice and then piece the two together to create the basic box.
There are many different ways of decorating your box with the dies included in the set. The panel dies can be used for matting and layering, or you could use them to cut directly into the sides of the box to create different effects. Cutting directly into the panel allows you to see whats inside the box, you could add a acetate window or coloured card stock to create many different effects, or you could add an LED tea light and turn your beautiful box into a mini lantern.
Use the nesting dies included in the pack to create tags for your box and embellish using the additional decorative dies and sentiments.

Cover with the top plate, creating a sandwich. Insert the sandwich into the working entrance of your die cutting machine and turn the handle until the sandwich passes through the machine rollers. Remove the plates - you should now have a perfectly cut design. If you don't have a perfect cut, why not use a shim? Refer to your machine manual for further instructions.Due to the detailed nature of the dies, some designs may have to be carefully removed from the die once cut. Try using the tip of a craft knife or tweezers to aid this.
